Cooked Pearl Brown Rice
Noodles, macaroni
Oatmeal
Low salt Crackers
Sugarless cereals: Cheerios, Life, Chex

FRESH VEGETABLES FRUITS
Red and Green Peppers Melons
Cucumbers Figs
Tomatoes Raisins
Green peas and peas in pods Papaya
Corn Mangos
Corn on the cob – uncooked Oranges – no seeds
Squash - Acorn squash, cooked Lemons – no seeds
Dark green Cabbage & red cabbage Grapes - no seeds
Cauliflower Apples – no seeds
Broccoli Bananas
Kale Cherries, pitted
Spinach Berries
Carrots – raw or cooked Apricots – no pit
Beets Strawberries

Turnips- cooked NUTS (not for Quakers)
